Change of plan

Initially this blog was going to be a resource pool for the lessons that I learned from ten years of training military air traffic controllers. I’ve started to write a book instead.

Does that mean that I won’t be giving away my so called ‘gems’ for free. Absolutely not. I’ve teamed up with another training expert and together we’ve created www.trainingtools.com.au. Although this web site will eventually be aimed at advertising our range of training solutions, we plan to fill it with useful resources for trainers.

Anyway back to the book. I’m currently drafting a book proposal for a publisher/agent. My deadline for the completion of the draft proposal is 31 January 2008. I’d appreciate any advice from anyone who has walked this path before me.
